Dr. Jeff Rindal
Dr. Jeff Rindal received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1979 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer, located in Davenport, Iowa, is widely regarded as the “Fountainhead” of chiropractic and is the oldest and most respected chiropractic college.
Prior to attending chiropractic college, Dr. Rindal earned a BA in mathematics and a teaching degree from the University of Washington and taught for four years. He specializes in Gonstead chiropractic adjusting technique and is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP). He has also completed extensive training in such areas as nutrition, spinal trauma, and low level laser therapy.
Dr. Rindal has consistently provided Skagit county residents with the highest level of patient care and has been voted “Best Chiropractor” several times since establishing Northwest Chiropractic in 1983.
He believes chiropractic care benefits the entire family. He treats all ages and all levels of physical capacity, and believes that everyone can benefit from chiropractic care. Dr. Rindal has been an active member of his church and community, and for many years was involved in local sports as a youth coach. He and his wife Teresa have five grown children.
Dr. Brian Rindal
Dr. Brian Rindal is a second-generation chiropractor and practices with Dr. Jeff Rindal, founder of Northwest Chiropractic Clinic.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University and Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
Dr. Rindal uniquely treats each patient and utilizes the most advanced soft tissue techniques to complement spinal and extremity adjustments.
He is certified in Active Release Technique and in both Graston and FAKTR soft tissue rehabilitative techniques. He is also a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) and is trained in the use of the Erchonia Low Level Laser. This allows him to tailor each treatment to address the specific needs of the patient, achieving maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
Dr. Peter O’Dwyer
Dr. Peter O’Dwyer brings over 25 years of chiropractic experience to our NWCC team.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Dr. O’Dwyer provides three cutting-edge modalities:

Certified practitioner of NET (Neuro-emotional Technique) since 2008. Addressing the consequence of chronic stress on the body.
Associate Clinical Instructor for the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (AMCT) since 2002. Delivering specific light-force adjustments to maximize neurological change in resolving musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Peter O'Dwyer’s journey into chiropractic care began with a life-changing experience in the 1960s when his father, immobilized by severe back pain, sought the help of a chiropractor located a day's drive away. The remarkable recovery that followed not only restored his father's health but also sparked a family-wide commitment to chiropractic principles.
Dr. O'Dwyer's formal education, including a B.A. (UNSW, 1981), B.Sc. (UNSW, 1992), and M.Chiro. (Macquarie, 1994), is complemented by his extensive chiropractice trainings and experience. He has been an Associate Clinical Instructor of the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (AMCT) since 2002, NET certified since 2008, and an NIS Academy member since 2009. His practice at Northwest Chiropractic Clinic is fueled by the belief that the body, when provided with the right environment and internal communication, possesses the remarkable ability to heal itself. Dr. O'Dwyer welcomes patients and colleagues who share his enthusiasm for the possibilities of positive change through chiropractic care.
