Dr. Peter O’Dwyer

Dr. Peter O’Dwyer brings over 25 years of chiropractic experience to our NWCC team.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Dr. O’Dwyer provides three cutting-edge modalities:

  • Specializing in Neurological Integration System (NIS) – reconnecting the brain with the body addressing a wide range of complaints.

  • Certified practitioner of NET (Neuro-emotional Technique) since 2008. Addressing the consequence of chronic stress on the body.

  • Associate Clinical Instructor for the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (AMCT) since 2002. Delivering specific light-force adjustments to maximize neurological change in resolving musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Peter O'Dwyer’s journey into chiropractic care began with a life-changing experience in the 1960s when his father, immobilized by severe back pain, sought the help of a chiropractor located a day's drive away. The remarkable recovery that followed not only restored his father's health but also sparked a family-wide commitment to chiropractic principles.

Dr. O'Dwyer's formal education, including a B.A. (UNSW, 1981), B.Sc. (UNSW, 1992), and M.Chiro. (Macquarie, 1994), is complemented by his extensive chiropractice trainings and experience. He has been an Associate Clinical Instructor of the Activator Method Chiropractic Technique (AMCT) since 2002, NET certified since 2008, and an NIS Academy member since 2009. His practice at Northwest Chiropractic Clinic is fueled by the belief that the body, when provided with the right environment and internal communication, possesses the remarkable ability to heal itself. Dr. O'Dwyer welcomes patients and colleagues who share his enthusiasm for the possibilities of positive change through chiropractic care.
